I’m Samantha, a software engineer from Southwest Michigan. These recipes are influenced by all of the foods I have fallen in love with through traveling and living in different places, shared always with the ones I love.

From cooking scones with my mom in our cottage kitchen in New York. Sharing espressos and chocolate with my sister Danielle in Chattanooga. To binging on seafood in Amsterdam with my husband. I will always try to replicate meals that are out of this world, while putting my own twist on them.

My Hope is to help inspire those around me to use whole, natural and seasonal foods that nourish their body, even if they’re used to make chocolate cake. Also, to start the process of having my own cookbook. Where I can share my favorite recipes with the world.
